My Ref number is 190213 QRJGGG. I have been trying to track my mothers meds since 14/02/2013 and on Tuesday past I had called to follow up as my mom had been without her meds for a few days and I am concerned with her health. I had requested feedback from Serdonia to confirm when the meds will be delivered and I am still waiting. I tried calling again now to try to get answers and was told this is something that has to be followed up with Pharmacy Direct and transfers me through only for me to be on hold for about 10 min then cut off. So with all of this my mom STILL does not have her meds and a pharmacy will not issue other meds as it has already been issued.
