My medical aid number is 1584499. I have been waiting for delivery of my chronic medication since 23/12/2013. I have been calling almost daily to check on delivery. On Wednesday I was told that the meds will be dispatched that evening to reach me yesterday. I asked if I would receive a sms and was told by Lusanda that I will. Yesterday, meds were not delivered. I called today and spoke to Lusanda, she said RAM went to my house but there was nobody home. My husband was home the whole day yesterday. I asked for a tracking number which I then gave to RAM. RAM could not find this waybill on their system because I wanted to go and fetch the meds myself.

If I give birth to a sick child because of your employees' incompetence, I swear to I will sue you!!!
