Its so Dissapointing to rely on Discovery Health. Only to find out they dont care about they Clients. I was informed I qualify for One Pharmacy Visit a Year and Based on what the told Me they could'nt help Me. I feel I was given a middle Finger by Discovery Health (brutal Facts). You are told U need to know what the right medication is, which is impossible for Us Customers. Even the Pharmacy Consultants dont know which medication falls under KeyCare. I took medication based on My Medical Needs as per The Doctor and also as I was informed that I qualify for medication purchase per Year. Instead I was given brutal facts (Middle Finger). I dont trust Discovery as they never pay GP Consultants They full Claim for they servIce to Us and Also You get bad attitude when asking for assitance from they call Centre.
When I was at the Pharmacy to get medication, it took Me almost 45 to 50 minutes with no solution where I ended Buying medication with knowledge I would be Paid back, because the call Centre kept telling Me I need to Check With somebody else, as they dont deal with that. Due to Me Being sick I ended Up paying for My medication as I could'nt get The Service I expected from Discovery
