I have send an email on the 20/02/2013 declaring that i am no longer smoking and I keep on getting an error. I received a respond that someone will be in contact with me shortly, I am still waiting for that call.
I joined virgin active but the problem is that vitality is not approving my membership as they are saying I have 2 different membership number. I thought this was sorted when my life cover policy was activated as this was the problem before.
I went to ster kinor and they told me that they cant connect my membership to discovery.
Please sort this out as i want to enjoy benefits
