I went to have brunch with my friend at house of coffees vaal mall. Firstly we wait about 20 min for our food to arrive, then when it arrives its the wrong order, then i ask if the waitress corrects the order will it also take another 20 min and she says yes. Then i tell her i dont want the food then and ill rather not have anything. I didn't even get the Manager to come and apologise for the misunderstanding. All of a sudden i get a waitress come to our table (not our waitress) she was pregnant and not the friendliest person, she tells us would we like anything else and we said no thank you and straight away hands us the bill, as if to say please leave now! I was so disgusted at the service that i got from House of Coffees, i WILL never step foot in there again. I really think that the people working there are very unprofessional.
