Consumer Violation - Billing and Payment Listings

On 28/10/2012 I was admitted to Arwyp hospital for a heartattack. I dont even know what happened at the hospital exactly. i do well know that as per my bankstatements my bankcard was swiped for 3 different Amounts at the hospital. I was administered morphene on Admission and had bloodtests done. I contacted Arwyp 4 Weeks ago regarding a 2009 listing that was done on my name. Then was told about amounts outstanding for the 28/10/2012. i requested the documentation and only received this from Arwyp today with a lovely phonecall from the Accounts Department stating I'm being listed for an Outstanding Amount. In 5 months i have not been contacted by them. When i did contact them they failed to supply me with the requested documentation. now after 3 weeks they expect payment within 5 Days before a listing against my Credit profile is made. Do they actually know that they are violating consumer rights by listing them without contacting them. Do they actually jnow that you have the right to contest the service they provided when you werent actually at full conciousness when they attended to you. How do i know this bill is actually for me and not what someone else neglected to pay. Shamefull
