Found out that I had been blacklisted by Arwyp Medical Centre without ever receiving an account. Upon enquiry I was forwarded an account which didn't even have the correct address, or tel number "they" Arwyp had been using was not mine (despite all info being filled in on the admission form). My visit in hospital was 6/12/2011 - yes 2011, Isabel had records stating she sent me sms's and that I had agreed to pay - how? They didn't even have the correct tel number. Had they bothered checking the admission form, previous visits which are captured on computer or Discovery Health - they would have got all the details.
I now have to waste time to get my name cleared when I in fact didn't even know I owed them money??? Good one Arwyp - I have to run around when in fact the FAULT is ALL YOURS. Due to inefficient staff who cannot be honest!
