I`m very dissapointed in you. I have discuss the arwyp matter with some of your senior consultants and you gave me the assurance that the account would be paid as it was an in hospital procedure for which you are responsible.arwyp send you the initial claim with with some details missing and you asked them to re-submit it, now i see these accounts has been listed as defaults???
