My son was admitted in hospital on the 31st July 2011 and according to discovery the claim was paid, now when i tried to purchase a car i was told by absa that they cannot finance my car because i have a defualt on my name for from Arwyp when my wife phoned to enquire she was told the account was for 2011 and according to them they tried to call me during that year when i never recieved any phone calls or letters informing me about this, i enquired with discovery and they said to me the claim was paid to the hospital in full and they dont know what the hospital is talking about since the medical aid itself was a few months old at the time and the was no way it didnt have any funds we have been emailing and calling for the past two weeks and are being sent from pillar to post while my life is on a stand still very time i call i get all sorts of stories what makes it even worse is that they did the same with my wife last year and we had to lodge a complaint with tranunion to remove the default i am very upset and disapponited with them i have paid them thousands since i only use their service for my family and now i get treated like rubbish.
