No importance given to frequest clients

We booked at Protea Hotel Kruger Gate from 21 March to 24 March. On arrival they told us there is no smoking rooms, when we requested a smoking room. Then when it came to supper I have noticed on numerous times there is a handful of Indians staying at the hotel, but unfotunately there isnt Indian friendly foods, meaning chicken or lamb. If there is, it is a roast. Please work on menu even for breakfast.

Then when we checked in on Thursday at reception they told us amount outstanding. We settled it, outstanding was only the drinks. We used a voucher as well for 1 night stay. On the day of us checking out, they tell us we have an outstanding amount. My concern is that on the day we checked in they should have given us full outstanding amount, but they tell you when you leaving.

Last and final issue. We always stay at Protea Kruger Gate, and have noticed that when frequent clients stay over no importance is given. We feel so down sized on how we are treated. Its really sad to know that we as South Africans are not given any importance.
