Netcare Margate Casualty disappointing

Visited casualty 2.1.13 to have thorn removed from leg after riding accident. Waited 30min for triage then another hour for bed to become available. While waiting another 20min for Dr, staff nurse (SN) came to administer Tetanus injection. Doesn't wash her hands&performed incorrect injection technique! Didn't draw back on syringe to check if needle was in blood vessel - cardinally important step! Dr arrived&asked for suture tray. SN brought incorrect tray. Dr went to fetch it herself. Dr asked for a blade - SN came back with a blade holder. Dr went to fetch blade herself. Dr gave local anaesthetic&struggled to remove thorn as instruments were blunt!!! Dr asked for Monocryl - SN came back with Opsite so Dr went to fetch it herself! Although Dr was very friendly&efficient, she also didn't wash hands. Infection Control people! Lastly, account for R1100 from casualty practice. Consultation R230 - fine. Admin fee R100 - for 5 pieces of paper&CC payment?! Removal of object R190 - after several attempts due to blunt forceps. Local anaesthetic R370 - you've got to be joking! Setting sterile tray R90 - SN did no setting! Emergency R120 - fine. Hospital fee R851! Trained ICU sister&I feel disappointed&exploited!
