I visited Netcare waterfall city on the 20th January 2014 at 19:50. They registered me and did triage for 7 minutes. I waited for 1hour to be seen by a Doctor and apparently there was no one on the que but I still waited. The Doctor called Me in and checked Me and ordered for urine and blood sample to be taken and said I will be given pain injection while waiting for blood samples. 10 minutes later in the exam room blood was taken but had to wait for another 15 minutes before urine tests was done. I waited forever and no pain injection was given. M still in pain waiting for the pain injection. The most annoying part is the whole time they are busy chatting about politics. I really regret coming to this hospital and I ll ensure that I let everyone close to Me know about poor service delivery one can receive from Netcare waterfall city in midrand. Writing this complain lying down at Exam room for above an hour now in pain still waiting for pain injection
