I got my med certificate today and it said ive been suspended from the 1st of jan 13 and I have been paying for jan and feb 744 x2 as per my premium now I was unaware that I had to send in my latest payslip and 3 months bank statements which I think is bull and no one called or emailed to tell me this so only in march I got a sms saying I have been suspended thinking I was covered for 2 months... so now its just under 1300 a month which is not right so I want to cancel the med aid and I want a refund of 744 x2 as I paid for nothing as I was not covered... u can take my money without telling me something is wrong at the start and just wait and make me believe its all ok then 3 months later say sorry u not covered... this could have been sorted in jan if u were decent enough to send a email or call to say something is wrong and I would have not had a issue cause u took the time to tell me and I would have said thank u but 3 months... I want a refund... and I want nothing more to do with reso med anymore. And ill tell everyone that I said reso I great to cancel and anyone else that askes not to bother because of what ive been through
