I got a sms from resolution saying my account has been suspended so i called the number that was at the bottom of the sms and no answer so i called reso and spoke to a gent and he looked for me and he said ive short paid and i said its impossible because i pay every month the amount they told me and he saw that but he said from the first of jan it went up so i asked him how much and he said R1240 if i can recall... so from me paying R744 in dec 2012 now in jan 2013 its up to R1240 with no notification... so i asked the gent how the can that be and he said didnt anyone call me to ask for pay slip and i said no... so that means that they auto increase it and i think that every year to ask for a pay slip is bull... anyway i had the same issue last year as well and now because of the incompitant people that run reso im with no med aid... and worst of all i was transfered to the one department to do with payments and it rang 3 time and a voice promt said the the office hours is from 8 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon and i called at 4 and i was cut off by that voice prompt so that means they lying to people about working times... im fed up with reso and this
