On the 5th February 2013 myself and a few friends came though (from Mabalingwe, we are full time owners) to spend the day at Zebula. As we were the only people at the pool we left all our valuables on the loungers closest to the lapa. We enjoyed the day not worrying about anything as we were the only people there. At 17:20 we decided to pack our things and load them into the car. As we took everything to the car the garden staff (One guy only) came to remove the lounger cushions. I soon realised my watch was missing and quickly ran back. In this short time the cushions had been removed and so had my watch. I ran after the man and asked if he had seen my watch (Black and red Polar FT7 watch) and he quickly said no. I walked with him to reception and called head of security (Samuel). We went back to look but couldn't find anything. They gave me Marks number to keep in contact with to find out about the watch. I phoned him and he kept saying they busy sorting it out but still today nothing has been done. I find it HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE that Zebula can let like this happen and they do nothing to fix the problem, they simply forget about it and not report back to you about progress
