After one month they still get it wrong

Bought a polar watch and display went faulty. Gave it in 30 april 2013. Got no feedback. Went there and was told it is with Polar.
Polar called me and made it seem like it is silly to send a watch back for a faulty display. Crazy stupid people.
Got a call on 27 MAY to say collect watch at Sportsmans. Went there on 29 May 2013. Waited for more than half hour for watch. No place to sit and no one cared to offer a seat. Went back hour later and they still could not find it. I had to go and sit at Wimpy whilst they tried to find it. The only compensation they could offer was not to pay the R 60 charge. I paid it and walked out. WIll never do business with Sportsmans or buy a POLAR product again.
