This is crazy that after so many phone calls and e-mails that this company still cant seem to pay doctors bills, i have sent so many mails asking that they pay doctors that THEY have give me authorisation to see and reference numbers. and still the doctors offices are asking me when they will receive payment!! IT has been a never ending struggle with this medical aid since they took over from NIMAS, they refuse to reply to my mails, and seem not to care that accounts are not being paid. worse is that if you do phone them they pass the buck, and every-time you land up speaking to a different person, and NOBODY is ever in charge and takes control of the situation.
