I have been trying since January to get my vitality points. I have uploaded my workout data from my Garmin edge 800 . No points have been awarded yet. When I query them they keep asking me the same questions over and over. Please send a screenshot, what model Garmin are you using, what is the serial number and my username and password for the Garmin site? Promise me that someone will attend to my problem and get back to me. Eventually they got back and told me that I wasn't uploading from my unit and that I was importing files from another source. I keep sending them screenshots where it shows clearly that workouts have been uploaded from a Garmin unit. I am a Vitality member who worked hard at getting to gold status. I feel let down by their bad service. Incompitent call center staff who keep making promises that they can't keep. Pathetic!
