I have been a member of Bonitas medical aid for many years. Alexander Forbes pays part of my contribution and I pay the rest. After they did not receive a payment from Alexander Forbes for March 2013, my cover was suspended without warning or inquiry from Bonitas. Alexander Forbes has proof of payment, which means that this is an administrative error on Bonitas' side. I am utterly frustrated at firstly the suspension without any warning, and secondly the poor service and bad attitude of Bonitas agents. What a truly unpleasant company to deal with.
