I am a bonafide member of Bonitas and i work for a company that does not subsidize us on medical aid, every year we have to fight with Bonitas to get our annual contributions to reflect on the Tax clearance certificate and our employer does not add them to our IRP5 as its a personal contribution. I just spoke to one if the call centre consultants who said Bonitas stopped issuing tax clearance which reflect the annual contribution, now I need to know, who and where are we supposed to get our correct medical aid tax clearance certificates if Bonitas wont do it? they must make it clear if they want us to change medical aid over simple things such as these. For the past 5 years, I have to go thru this every year. I need someone to assist me immediately as i need to submit today.
