I have not received my healthy foods cash back for January, February, March, and some of April. I have been swiping the card each time. I have logged numerous queries in the last 2 months and today when i phoned they said they pulled a report but still nothing has been done. I have been keeping the slips since March because of this issue yet they say there is R0 cash back for March. The slips do say VIT next to the relevant products. Over 2 months to solve an issue is actually ridiculous. Refs are 2788536634 2802068661 2812697302 and the latest one is 2812748123.
