Incompetent, untrained useless accounts department

Last Year sometime I was at lancet for some blood tests, however the gentlemen advised me that only certain tests are covered by the medical aid and others needed to be paid for cash. I had paid them for those and gave him medical aid details for the others. in november of last year a gentlemen contacts me stating i owe them money. When asked for what tests he mention it was those which were to be paid for by discovery. I then asked why was I responsible, he says it was too late to submit. Now whose fault is that? anyways 28th februARY 2013 MY HUSBAND SPOKE TO A LADY WHO PROMISED TO SORT THE MATTER OUT, HOWEVER NOTHING HAS BEEN SORTED OUT . tODAY I GET AN SMS THREATENING LEGAL ACTION.

MY HUSBAND SPENT 45 MIN ON THE 28 FEB AND 16 MIN TODAY ONLY TO SORT OUT NOTHING.

I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR MY COSTS AND I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION SHOULD THIS MATTER NOT BE RESOLVED IN 7 DAYS.

I WILL BE VISITING THE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS COMMISSION AS WELL AS THE MEDICAL COUNCIL OF SOUTH AFRICA AS THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FROM A BIG COMPANY LIKE LANCET.
