Thank you dear Lammy for going the extra mile to ensure that I will now be paying the quoted premium and be a Bonitas member from the 1st of Jully 2013. Your accountability has changed my mind and restored my faith in the service promised by Bonitas and I am hopeful once again that I will be covered by a great medical aid company.
