OK, so one month has gone by and I am complaining AGAIN. This time my monthly premium has not gone of my bank. I don't know what to say anymore. Bonitas is useless. First I battle for a month to get attention as to which plan I am on and what it will cost me, now that it is sorted out I am not getting my refund and neither are they taking the money for the chosen plan. I would love to know when they will actually be suspending me due to non payment.
