I have been asking for "The Bonitas Rates" since the 3rd of October. Bonitas is silent. They are now at a point where they just flat out ignore me. Bonitas service is shocking!!
All I am asking: Please send me a list of "Bonitas Rates". Is it that hard? Even after I went to the doctor to get a list of the codes we might need.
