Applied to join Bestmed 14 Dec'12, received first response from Xolani Khoza on 7 Jan'13. He starts off by addressing me as "You Guys...". Who do you think you are speaking to? I am not your buddy!!! His answers not relevant to questions being asked. Give Xolani a deadline for response, he does not meet deadline. When I tell him to cancel my application I get told to put it in writing - his response in wriiting: "no problem". An affidavit provides dates of membership since 1981 - 32 years! Not good enough. Am told to amend the affidavit and put in a month, not just year, "even if it just a random month". Xolani, catch a serious wake-up. Go & learn how to win potential customers for your employer. Why would I make Bestmed my medical aid of choice, when this is the way that potential customers are treated? I choose to take my money elsewhere. Bestmed, do yourselves a favour and listen to recorded telephonic conversations and read the correspondence - people are not exaggerating when they say that the service is non-existent - and that is even before the potential customer has come on board.
