Discovery only have 1 peditrician on the keycare plus plan in Bloemfontein. Now when I get reffered to another one and get authorization then the whole account do not even get paid. I have specialist cover for R2500 take the whole account from my specialist for the year. It realy is not my problem that there is only one pediatrician in bloemfontein and now excactly the same problem when I take my baby to emergency the pediatrician that help me is not on the keycare plus so they are also not going to pay the whole account even in hospital Rosepark is a hospital on keycare but not one of the pediatricians on the network I really do not understand it!!!
