Discovery wont pay dr's bill in full

My daughter had swallowed a coin and it got stuck in her oesophogus, she was throwing up so I took her to the casuality unit at Victoria Hospital. Xrays were done and the coin was stuck. We could not be admitted at Victoria Hospital because there was no doctor to do the procedure so we were transferred to Chatsmed hospital and was admiited at 2am on the 20/09/2013. Dr M A Naidoo saw her at 10am and book her for theatre to remove the foreign object immediately. This was an emergency because my daughter was throwing up anything she ate or drank. So now I received the bill and Discovery is not paying the full bill for an emrgency. How can this be possible? This was an emergency and should be paid from the PMB benefit. When I called the call center I was told that Discovery could not pay the full amount because the doctor is not on the keycare specialist network. What freaken nonsense is this? we was inconveience buy driving all the from Tongaat to Chatsworth at 1am because that was the only keycare hospital that we could go to, to get the treatment we required ugently and now I still have to foot the bill for the speacialist. Discovery really.
