When we converted to Discovery they recommended due to my sons age that we get him his own Keycare account. After 2 years he fell 6 January and broke his arms and needs screws. He went to emergency at a Keycare hospital who did x-rays and referred him to a Keycare approved orthopedic surgeon in an approved hospital. The Keycare Surgeon booked a PMD902H procedure in an approved Keycare hospital. The surgery is a day away and after 2 days on the phone holding on for hours at great costs to myself and my employer and having to spoken to 7 people just in the last hour Keycare are still unable to provide authorization!
