I'm dissapointed with the quality of the food at Cticc Of late "world class chefs" I don't think so Maybe once before yes, But definitely no longer, The food at Cticc was once of Impeccable Standard, now i have dined here before with most conferences, Banquettes even a few cocktail parties before and the quality, presentation and execution of the what was put on that plate was all almost genius i have love for the hospitality industry and it boggles my mind how they were able to cook so brilliantly for the masses, i even went online to look at menus for a possible event / banquette and was turned off by the worst written and worded menu nothing appealing or remotely attractive Dit is net so plat geskryf, who proof reads the menu's before they are printed, what chef created that menu? the most revolting looking thick inconsistent fruit pavlova and seafood starter HOW THOSE PICTURES MADE IT ON TO THE 2013 pdf MENU IS BEYOND ME i frett to think what it taste's like no finesse nothing [URL Removed] on your Catering Department can do much better than this
