I purchased a voucher on 3/4/13 using my Vitality Miles. 3 days later, after receiving no response, I was told by the call center they could not see any order. After lodging a query, still no response. I have contacted Discovery every day since then, and nobody seems to be able to assist. Needless to say, I have missing miles, and money deducted from my Credit Card. After speaking to yet another consultant this afternoon I was told that yet ANOTHER query was lodged and this will take 3-4 working days. Alarming I was informed that this happens rather often. The gift was suppose to be for a 30th birthday, which is now long over due and I had to face the function with empty hands! From such a respectable company, their assistance has been utterly ppor! I hope to get a response and solve the matter before the end of the week.
