I refer to my report which I made on Monday this week (SLOW SERVICE). The Supplier name was Discovery Vitality / Mall. I only post this in Discovery Card as I am unable to make more two posts within a five day period. I was contacted by Discovery and was assured that the matter had been escalated and was receiving urgent attention. However, I am still waiting. It is almost two weeks later and my Discovery miles are yet to be corrected. I was hoping to buy a voucher to purchase an item on special for the month of January. This special is now over. THANK YOU SO MUCH DISCOVERY FOR THE HUGE INCONVENIENCE! Being a Discovery Medical Aid, Vitality, Card and Insure patron I am shocked and appalled. Perhaps I should move to Momentum???
