Hi,
I am Furious again with Vitality mall, last year I had to waste my time trying to get my 10% discount back twice, which costed me money and endless amount of timeetc.
Now I tried to renew my car subscription with 40% discount which ended up with error code on Vitality mall, where my miles were taken and my superscription wasn't renewed.
I am operations manager, where I supposed to spent 5 minutes booking, which substantiates saving, the moment I have to talk to 10 people to get my money and substitutional in order my saving and convenience disappears!!!
Please close you Vitally mall as it cause such a bad after taste to Discovery brand and image over some silly portal which isn't working.
Please I would like two outcomes without calling me or spending more of my time, you either :
1) Get my miles refunded
2) Get my car subscription renewed as my current subscription expires with July issue.
It is unacceptable to have such value adds part of you network which I personally had to deal 3 times over last and this year to sort this tiny, but very costly details.
Please be passionate for Discovery Brand and get Vitality mall sorted!!!
