Hi, I purchased a voucher on the Vitality mall using Disco miles and the outstanding amount on the Disco card. The miles was subtracted and the amount went off my card... but due to a technical error, the voucher was never issued. FEEDBACK was promised but never given, after following up numerous times I eventually asked that the case be elevated to a manager. Now they have eventually credited my miles but not the outstanding amount on the card. Mark phoned me to inform me that Discovery mall must speak to me to refund me the money, he tried to transfer me, but I got cut off. I phoned them myself, just to get told they cannot help me, its a Vitality issue, I phoned Vitality... just to be told its a mall issue. Day one they were able to tell me they took my miles and money, and also that they did not issue me with a voucher, now two weeks later they still chase me from call centre to call centre. I am really disappointed in the lack of service and accountability from all the responsibele departments.
