I got such bad service from Discovery Health call centre. I activated my medical aid at the beginning of Feb 2013. the lady I spoke to informed me that my 1st debit order will be in March 2013. She neglected to tell me that they will be debiting my account 3 times!!! I spesifically asked het these questions so that I can work out my budget, and as she put me under the impression that my account will only be debited once I worked out my budget accordingly. This lead me to having a negative ammount in my bank account, as I did not plan on my bedical aid going off 3 times in 1 month!!! I cant put petrol in my car, buy food or cover any of my day to day expences, and we are only at the 12th of March. What poor and miss informing service!!!
