I have now been phoning the medical aid everyday from the 4th of March, and still nothing has been done, no one has contacted me, is it possible for a company to be so useless??? i have been handed over because of the medical aid's call centre consultants being incompetent, and they still dont give a rats about me, or my complaint!!!
