Ah once again i needed to visit olivedale pharmacy to get meds in the evening.
I cant remember how many complaints i have lodged here for netcare about the same problems Massive queues staff that are arrogant and disrespectful because they are overloaded. No pricing on the shelves and in this particular case no one running the till either.
So i will get a response from you once again saying how sorry you are that its happened and you will try and resolve these issues once again. Barry was quite happy that i put R80.00 on the counter and pay for an item of R68.00 just to avoid the queue as there was no one at the till so i paid extra for a problem that you guys have.
I will be switching my business to the Fourways Life Hospital Pharmacy from now on which is open until 22h00 every evening at least there the pharmacists are freindly and its an efficient operation. I will also raise this with my family and freinds so that we dont support a hospital; with such bad service and where the problems raised are not effectively dealt with...
I actually wonder what your response to me and the public will be this time??? Awaiting your response
