I HAVE HAD ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH THIS MEDICAL AID, THEY PAY PROVIDERS, AND THEN REVERSE THE PAYMENTS, AND WHEN I PHONE TO GET FEEDBACK, NO ONE CAN HELP ME, NO PHONES ME BACK, AND THE PEOPLE THAT WAS DEALING WITH MY ACCOUNT, HAS LEFT THE COMPANY. I HAVE NOW BEEN HANDED OVER, I AM ON ITC NOW, BECAUSE OF THE MEDICAL AID BEING INCOMPETENT. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE MONEY FROM ME, BUT HAS LET ME DOWN, AND NOW I AM ON ITC. THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY SERVICE PROVIDER. THIS MATTER HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING SINCE LAST YEAR SEPTEMBER, CAN IT POSSIBLY TAKE THIS LONG TO PUT A CLAIM THROUGH???
