I pay for my mum's medical aid, after chatting and receiving emails from different consultants, I got 2 responses 1 was I could do a cash payment of premium, the other was I could only get have a debit order set, however it could not be on the 27 of the month. I have been making cash payments on the 27 every month in advance, however I am still getting debitted. The worst part is I have been trying for the past 15 days to get my refund back with no joy at all and again I get different feedback, I like I am not on the policy - but a consent letter was sent numerous of times, after advising of that I am told to send a bank statement and wait for funds to clear in Discovery's account, I do and still no refund, and then it continues again back and forth and after dealing with over 6 consultants no one has requested the refund.
