Accounts department is clueless

I only had to do with them twice and yet both times the accounts was a frustration and the customer service some of the worst I have ever seen. My biopsy was sent to them after my operation 14 Feb 2013. The claimed against 14 Jan from my medical aid resulting in the R711 being deducted from my day-to-day benefit and not hospital as it should have been. As soon as I noticed end of Feb I phoned them and without checking they refered me to my medical aid. They informed me that the dates are entered by the laborotories and said the they should correct it from their side. I phoned them again to reverse and resubmit my claim against the correct date. Phoning them for the 2nd time I got an"oh, okay we will fix it". About a week week later it was still not correct. I phoned them 11 March demanding that they sort this out with my medical aid and supply feedback to me by 13:00 that day. It is now 13 March and no word from them. They have no idea what customer service means and handling accounts is clearly not a strong point. I refuse to be refered between them and my medical aid to get this resolved and they should sort it out! They should go for training from Du Buisson ect. for training!!
