I am diabetic and without any medication as if it is my fault. i went to Tshepo Themba Pharmacy on the 14/02/2013 were i was given 1 humalog mix 25 pen instead of 5. i went back on the 20th to get my remaining pens. of which the lady that helped me could not give me th 4pen and had reverse the 1 that i took before because she did not understand their system. only then she gave me 4pens. So now my medication is now finished and i am unable to go fetch another 1because of the 1pen that was reversed. do i have to die bcause of sumbody else mistake. i pay my medaical aid R4600 every mnth but the cant even help me when i need them the most. i am very desapointed from the service rended and not sure how am i going to survive this week with out my diabetic medication coz you guys are aware of how impotant that is to me, its actually my life.
