I went for an eyetest Nov 2012, I enjoy the buy one pair get the other pair free promo. I also used to get the best service from this branch thats why i travelled all the way from Benoni to them, i can not say how many times i had to phone and follow up on my lenses, i also needed a trail pair of contact lenses, everytime i had to phone specsavers to follow up, eventually they send the glasses to farrarmere, but with bad communication to farrarmere, still no trail contact lenses. Melanie has always been professional, but strangely when i phone her she was just busy following up. i am really dissapointed in Specsavers Edenmeadow. i also feel i use to have a wonderfull relationship with the branch but that is over now. So don't think you know your supplier you could still be dissapointed.By the way, March and still no trail contact lenses.
