Not happy with service offered

I pay R1600 a month for medical aid, yet i do not qualify for the woolworths 25% discount.
There are plans that pay less than i do that are able to get this.

I also do not qualify for the Chronic benefit for my condition as i am not on their top plan.
I was told to see a psychiatrist to get it approved, which i did and their feedback was not approved as it does not form part of chronic illness benefit. I was on a much lower plan at Fedhealth and were able to get chronic medication.

Seems to me the best medical aids out there are the ones who don't offer nonsense but medical such as Fedhealth. I am very likely going to move to them in the very near future.
