I recently purchased two vouchers on Wikideals for a seafood platter for two. On 4 January 2013, after I could not reach the restaurant telephonically, I personally went to make a reservation for 6.30pm on 11 Jan 2013. Upon arrival at the restaurant, I was told that they could not find the reservation which was made and therefore could not assist me as they did not prepare the seafood meals. I asked if they could not accommodate me with any other meal instead and they answer was a blunt "NO"! I had to make other arrangements for supper which eventually cost me R400 - an expense I did not budget for! I will definitely be asking Wikideals for a refund.
