Netcare Medical Scheme
Have not processed medical aid claim for 5 moths

I have been dealing with medical aid schemes for the past 15 years and never have i had such bad service from a medical aid scheme. They have no idea what is going on there. My claims are outstanding since march. I have spoken to at lest five people there all promising to process this account and still have not had any feedback. All Doctors out there if patients come to you on Netcare medical aid treat them as private patiens as you will not get your money. There is no CARE in Netcare
