My husband was admitted to Mediclinic PMB on 8.2.2103 after being seen in casualty. Authorisation was obtained for this, after having a MRI done of which we paid the first 2450.00 it was decided that a laminectomy was required. Mediclinic case managers obtained authorisation from Discovery for this procedure. two weeks later Discovery withdrew the Authorisation as they required a letter of motivation from the doctor, this has been sent to Discovery by MEDICLINIC, and its now 3 weeks later and no feedback!!!
