3 weeks ago I was in an accident and was taken to Roseacres hospital and saw an on duty doctor who referred me to a specialist - Orthopedic Surgeon. This was not covered by your scheme and was told to see a doctor who operated from Linksfield. No referral nothing. Suprise - there is no orthopedic surgeon that operates in linksfield for resolution health. Client Services then gives us a number of a doctor who is registered to them. Guess what? HE IS NOT AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON! How can you have a medical aid who does not know who their servce providers are. This is 3 WEEKS after the accident and nothing as yet.
