Uncaring and unresponsive Momentum

I sent momentumhealth an email on the 25th of February 2013 to inquire about the cover that I will have when I travel overseas. I received a an automated response (ref number 170595906). I again mailed on the 27th February 2013 and received another automated response (ref 170714293). SInce then nothing despite the fact that I indicated my departure date. This is a repeat of experience two years ago when they only responded after I had returned from Europe and only because I demanded a response from them. I am leaving for Europe on the 7th of March and because I had to apply for a visa I had to get expensive travel insurance to meet the stringent requirements of the Schengen Countries. This has in any case been my experience with Momentum Health on every occasion I have attempted to get business done. I have copious automated replies to attest to this. They have no consideration whatsoever for their clients.
