I logged a complaint against Momentum Health on this site last week: https:///momentum-health/complaints/unprofessional-not-keeping-their-word-1030865. It has been 9 days and there is still no feedback from Momentum. All I got was two replies from Debbie van der Haar saying that the matter has been escalated. How long does it take to provide feedback or am I simply being ignored in the hope that I will forget about this?
