Momentum Ingwe have changed list of provided docters. I find this rather disturbing, but anyway, I have asked for a list of new providers and found only 26 docters in the whole of the Western Cape as opposed to 200 in Gauteng alone! The closest dr to us is about 30min drive. I find this totally unaceptable. When I called my broker today, they sent me a total different list to the one that Momentum sent me yesterday! (if this list is correct, then I will be happy). I called Momentum again at 15H00 today and was told that they will send me the correct list. Still waiting.
I find this poor service quite irritating, as I do not know which dr I am entitled to use and what if I take ill? If there are only 26 drs in Western Cape and not one close to us at all, this means I will have to change Medical Aid, as they are not meeting their requirements as for what I have joined for in the beginning.
